* Here is the most commun partnership types:

1- General Partnership (GP): All partners manage the business and share unlimited liability.

2- Limited Partnership (LP): At least one general partner with unlimited liability and at least one limited partner with liability limited to their investment.

3- Limited Liability Partnership (LLP): All partners have limited liability and manage the business.

4- Limited Liability Limited Partnership (LLLP): Both general and limited partners have limited liability.

5- Joint Venture (JV): A temporary partnership for a specific project.

6- Strategic Partnership: Long-term collaboration between businesses, without creating a new legal entity.

7- Société en Nom Collectif (SNC): French-style general partnership with unlimited liability for all partners.
