   There are several types of partnerships most used once in Algeria are

1. General partnership (SNC): which is partners who manage the company together and have unlimited liability for debts. 
2.  Limited partnership (SCS):consists of general partners with unlimited 
3. liability is restricted to their capital contribution. p
4.  :3: Limited liability company: 
5. Has usually between 2 and 50 partners with liability limited to their capital contribution. 
6. 4:solo partnership with limited liability : which is a form of SARL with only one partner offering legal protection for personal assets.
7. 5: joint stock company (SPA) it divided into freely transferable shares

6: partnership limited by shares(SCA) A hybrid of SPA AND SCS where general partners have unlimited liability and shareholder have liability limited to there shares.      :

7economic and social entreprise (EES):A business model combining profitability with a social purpose.

At the end we can say that each type of the partnerships has it's own legal and financial characteristics.
