Its social capital is determined freely by partners in the company's basic law. The partners are committed to the company’s debts according to their contribution to social capital. Registration in the commercial registry earns the moral personal company and the trader's character
SPA shares company
It is based on the partnership of at least 7 people, and its board includes 3 to 12 members who can be partners or not.
The minimum social capital required to establish is five million Algerian dinars in the event of an invitation to public subscription and a million Algerian dinars if there is no invitation to public subscription, the social capital is divided into shares, and contributions can be cash or in kind.
Simple Joint Contribution Company (SPAS)
It is a commercial institution by virtue of its shape and whatever its subject. Its capital is divided into shares, and it consists of partners who can only bear losses within the limits of their shares.
The simple joint -stock company is characterized by not stipulating a minimum part of the partners and capital for its establishment and in determining the how to organize it and its course in its basic law, it is established exclusively by the companies that have a start -up mark, and the simple joint stock company can be established by one person or several natural and/or moral.

Solidarity Company (SNC)
They are generally family institutions in which at least two people are shared. Its social capital is determined by partners who have a trader, and is divided into social classes according to the number of partners who pay the company's debts in a solidarity.
