1)what is parnership ?
Partnership means the cooperation of two or more people in order to achieve a common goal between them.
2) Types of parnership

The types of partnerships vary and diversify according to their structure and also based on their method of operation. These types are:

  • General parnership :In this type of partnership, the partners bear all the responsibilities assigned to them, the financial, administrative and operational responsibility of the project equally. Each partner here is responsible for the project’s debts and its profits as well.
  • Limited Partnership:In this type, the partnership consists of one or more general partners in addition to limited partners. The general partner is responsible for managing the company and bears full responsibility, while the limited partners’ role is limited to investment and they have no responsibility except to the extent of their investment.
  • Joint stock partnership: It is the one in which money is collected from a group of people with the aim of investing them in a specific and defined project or economic activity, such that everyone bears responsibility for losses and profits, based on their shares in the project or activity.
  • Cooperative partnership: It is an agreement between parties working together for a common interest that brings them together. An example of this is the partnership that exists between educational institutions.
  • Technology partnership: includes cooperation between companies in the fields of technology as well as in the field of innovation, such as software development.

So these are the types of partnership and each one is different from the other.
