The different kinds of institutions in the Algerian law are :

1)Public institutions:They are bodies established by the state so that they are subordinate to it and enjoy legal personality as well as financial independence and perform tasks of a public nature, so that these institutions are managed in a decentralized administrative style (administrative decentralization), and there are types of public institutions, including: public institutions of an administrative nature (EPA), such as universities and hospitals, and public institutions of an industrial and commercial nature (Epic), which carry out economic and commercial activities, such as Solgaz.

As well as public institutions of a scientific or technical nature, such as research centres.

2)Economic institutions: It is an independent economic organization, characterized by making financial, informational, material, and human resource decisions; with the aim of building added value linked to the objectives of the economic institution within a spatial and temporal scope. The economic institution is defined as a group of people who use a group of financial and intellectual means; with the aim of transferring, transforming, and distributing services and goods based on goals determined by management; in order to achieve profits or social benefits.Economic institutions may be public, affiliated with a state, such as Sonatrach, or they may be private institutions, i.e. owned by individuals or partners.

3)Constitutional institutions are those stipulated in the Constitution, such as the State Council, the Constitutional Court, the Audit Council, the National Assembly, and the National People's Assembly. So these are the different institutions in Algerian law.
