In Algerian law institutions are categorised based on their roles in the legal political administrative and economic systems.here’s an overview of the main types of institutions:

1.constitutional institutions:these are established by the constitution of Algeria and have fundamental roles in the functioning of the states:

.the president of the republic: head of state with executive powers 

. Io parliament bicameral composed of people National Assembly (apn) 

Council of the nation 

The government headed by the Prime Minister or first minister depending on the president choice 

The high council of the judiciary oversees the judiciary independence and careers of judges 

The court of auditors controls the use of public funds 

The high Islamic council advises on religious matters
