There are 7 types of Partnerships :

1. General Partnership: All partners share equal responsibility for management and debts

2. Limited Partnership : Includes a general partner and limited partners 

3. Limited Liability Partnership: Partners have liability protection and are not personally responsible for business debts common in professional services

4. Joint Venture : A temporary partnership for a specific project dissolved after completion

5. Silent Partnership: A partner invests but does not participate in management

6. Equity Partnership: Partners contribute capital in exchange for ownership shares

7 Public Private Partnership : Collaboration between government and private sector for public project
